Chair Pilates

Enjoy a Pilates based movement class on a chair that will bring health to your mind, body, and spirit. Learn to activate your core and revitalise the spine and limbs in a safe and low-impact way. Good for restoring balance and mobility as well as strength building.

Not suitable for anyone with acute sciatica.

Wednesdays 11:00am to 12:00pm.

We will move together for about 50 minutes. After that time for korero and questions with teacher Sue Nash.

$25/class or $150 for 7 classes

Chair Pilates is held at Yoga West, corner of Titirangi and South Titirangi Roads.

They are on the second level, straight at the top of the stairs. Also accessible by lift from the ground floor or car park. Parking: there are some visitor parks in the Rise Building complex plus street parking, parking behind Lopdell House and near the Library.
