Strengthen and Energise with Gyrokinesis® Method

Turning Tide Pilates offers classes in the GYROKINESIS® exercise method, a dynamic new approach to physical health using spinal mobilisations. Arching, curling, twisting and spiraling movements release, strengthen and energise the whole body.

The class is rhythmical and moves fluidly with breath and movement patterns.

Using a wooden stool and a mat, this healing, energetic system helps us release tension, gain strength, improve posture, increase range of movement and experience exercise as something creative and delightful.

All new clients need to take an initial Introduction and Assessment session so we can design your programme according to your goals and needs. We also discuss a plan and give you feedback on your likely timeline for progress.
